All of our meat is sourced to be among the highest quality in the Midlands. Our lamb is taken from the neck, widely considered the tastiest cut, and with only two pieces available per animal, it’s both rare and highly sought after.We also serve chicken supreme, the finest cut of chicken, alongside sirloin of beef — a premium and uncommon choice for a traditional Sunday roast.
Our parsnips, carrots, and potatoes are slow-cooked over two hours, a lengthy process that brings out incredible depth of flavour. Our Yorkshire puddings are homemade, and our gravy is prepared over 48 hours, with bone marrow and wine carefully reduced to create a rich, unforgettable finish — all brought together and served fresh on the big day.
